1. Professor Julie Cogin

2. Professor Victor Callan
As the Faculty's Associate Dean (Research), Professor Callan facilitates the growth and performance of the world-class research activities across the Faculty, as well as the continued development of strong research and consulting partnerships with industry, government and the wider community.
Professor Callan leads the faculty's research strategy, seeking opportunities with industry and helping business, economics and law researchers to create positive change through research. He is supported in this role by the Faculty Research Committee, and together they advise the Executive Dean on the allocation of funds made available to the Faculty by the University for achieving the best research outcomes.
He is internationally regarded for his research in organisational change, work stress, leadership and organisational communication.
Professor Callan is regularly involved in research planning activities at the University, as well as industry research collaborations and events.

3. Associate Professor Yunxia Zhu
Yunxia Zhu is an award-winning researcher and educator and has an international reputation in cross-cultural management and business negotiation. Yunxia’s PhD is from the Australian National University in the area of international business communication. She is a negotiation expert trained in Advanced Harvard negotiation programme and Oxford Programme on negotiation at Saïd Business School, University of Oxford. She has taught Undergraduate, MBA, Doctoral and Executive Development programs at universities in Australia and abroad. She was a visiting academic to Imperial College London, University of Michigan and Lund University Sweden.

4. Associate Professor Peter Newcombe
Developmental Psychologist with research interests involving the giving of evidence in courtroms by young children. More recently, research involving qualty of life issues (ie physical, social, psychological well-being) of children with chronic illnesses.
Graduated with a PhD in Psychology from UQ in 1997. Lectured in Psychology and then Behavioural Studies on the Ipswich Campus of UQ. Now an Associate Professor with the School of Psychology. Awarded Faculty of Social and Behavioural Sciences Excellence in Tecahing Award in 2001 and a UQ Excellence in Teaching Award in 2003. Involved with teaching psychology also at the University of Indonesia.
